Roommate for cozy apartment at Str. Ploiesti

Looking for a roommate (and hopefully a good vibe):
Hi everyone,
I m looking for a roommate for my apartment in Strada Ploiești. You would get the bigger bedroom (a desk is being added).
About the apartment:
Your future room is 320 month.
70 m , two levels
2 bedrooms, huge living room (one wall is a chalkboard great for notes or creativity)
Spacious kitchen with a couch
Bathroom
AC, dishwasher, washing machine, portable dehumidifier, own central heating
Small garden in front, great neighbors
Kind landlord
Location: buses, shops, and everything nearby. If you're a medical student it's relatively close to Medicala 5 and almost right next to Med3.
About me:
24, German, 5th-year medical student
Early schedule: up around 5-6, bed by 8-9
I train daily (2-3 weekly also in the evenings on my bike trainer in the living room not very loud, but audible)
Social, love shared dinners chats, but also value personal space
Not a party person
What I m looking for:
Someone open-minded, tidy, considerate and who communicates
Someone who can appreciate a balance between socializing and giving each other space
